HOW TO REGISTER...

1. Send in Registration Form with full payment.
2. Order all necessary music from Lois Fyfe Music.
3. Complete the Health Form for all campers under 18 years of age.
4. Complete the “Permission for Travel to Canada” form for all campers under
    the age of 18, listing the accompanying adult for the trip. This form must be
    signed by both parents, notarized, and kept with the supervising adult
    during travel to and from the course. DO NOT MAIL THIS FORM.
5. Download the packing list from the website.
6. Inform the Executive Director at mbcc.canada@yahoo.com if transportation
    is needed from Montreal to Bishop's College School, the site of the course.

Limited to 40 boys ages 10 to 18, and 25 adults.
Course fees as follows (excluding music):
$740 (discounted to $690 if paid in full by 15th of June, 2011)
$100 discount for siblings for each camper paying the full $740 or $690 fee.
Proctors: $525
NOTE: Course fees include our MBCC logo Polo Shirt, and tuck.

The course registration is to be filled-out by the chorister's parents and choir director. Full payment is due with each registration. You can now pay course fees by credit card. Please see the Registration Form for details.

We regret that, due to space limitations, it is not possible for us to accommodate non-singing participants at the camp. Further, it is not practical for parents to contact their children on a regular basis during the week, nor is it practical for parents to send campers packages. Campers are expected to be at the course for the entire week. It is not possible to attend the course for only a few days and be allowed to sing for the final performances.
